Manufacturing Employee Suffering from Unlawful Harassment in Worcester

In 2017, Attorney Ben Steffans represented a manufacturing employee based in Worcester in a claim alleging unlawful harassment against her employer, also based in Worcester.  The employee told a compelling story of the day-to-day harassment she suffered, and believe she suffered that harassment because she was African American. 

The employer initial refused to settle the claim and denied all liability.  After a few rounds of discussion, the employer quickly changed its course and asked to mediate.  Attorney Steffans effectively mediated the dispute and achieved a remarkable result for his client.
